Establishment:  The Walking-Working surfaces in the following locations were not maintained in a clean safe condition:    A. Pool Pump Room: The cover to the sump well was not in place exposing the employees to tripping hazards.       B.Main Electrical Room: The channel iron that was on the floor and extended to the interior of the main electrical switch for the hotel was creating tripping and electrical hazards.

Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed so as to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures and were not mounted so there is at least 6.35-mm (0.25-in.) airspace between the enclosure and the wall or other supporting surface. However, nonmetallic enclosures may be installed without the airspace on a concrete, masonry, tile, or similar surface. The enclosures shall be weatherproof in wet locations.  Main Electrical Room: The main breaker panel and the high voltage circuit panel were installed in wet location and were not installed to protect the equipment from damage.
