OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to amputation and struck-by hazards:     a) 100 Worthington Drive, Exton, PA 19341 - The employer did not ensure that an employee kept hands away from the mower deck of a Honda walk-behind lawn mower while the engine was running, thus exposing the employee to amputation and struck-by and hazards.  This condition was noted on or about July 3, 2019.    Abatement note: Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable means of abatement would be to ensure that the employees always keep hands away from the mower deck of a lawn mower while the engine is running, as per as per the Honda Owner's Manual.
