Employees were performing roofing activities at a job site located at:  685 Chandler Cove, Aurora OH 44202.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph:    On or about June 28, 2019, during the removal and replacement of a residential condo roofing project located at 685 Chandler Cove, Aurora OH, the employer failed to ensure that employees were protected from a fall from height hazard of approximately 8-14 feet.  Employees were not wearing a personal fall harness nor was there any other forms of fall protection systems in place.
