29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8):   The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work areas:  (a) Nationwide Builders LLC at 9583 County Road 73 in Roggen, CO 80652:  On or before July 3, 2019 the employer did not ensure that safety data sheets were readily accessible during employees work shifts at the construction site. These chemicals include but are not limited to gasoline, diesel fuel, and Class A ISO Spray Polyurethane Foam. This exposes employees to chemical irritations to eyes, respiratory, and skin due to employee lack of knowledge regarding chemical hazards.
