29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment.    a. On or about 06/26/2019, at the restaurant kitchen area of the Mafolie Hotel and Restaurant, the electrical service panel in the area was not readily accessible. The electrical service panel was blocked with a steel table, a microwave oven, several boxes, and bags, bottles and cans of cooking ingredients and supplies.      Note: Certification and documentation of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c) and (d), respectively.

On or about 06/26/2019, at the Mafolie Hotel and Restaurant, Saint Thomas, USVI, the employer failed to have a written emergency action plan establishing guidance and procedures to be executed by all employees in the event of an emergency.
