29 CFR 1910.178(g)(2):  Battery charging apparatus for industrial trucks located in battery changing and charging installation was not protected from damage by trucks:    a) SDR Distribution Services USA Inc.- Forklift charging area:  The facility did not protect the battery charging apparatuses from damage.  The charging cables on the Enforcer battery charger model #EF3-12-550, S/N HD50214 had damaged cords with exposed copper conduit and the charger outer casing was damaged, observed on or about 07/02/2019.
