Non-mandatory Appendix A to this subpart contains examples of criteria that will enable an employer to comply with paragraph (a) of this section. a. Located at 1063 Sunbury Meadows Drive, Sunbury, Ohio: On or about July 08, 2019, the employer did not ensure that the improvised wooden scaffold was designed by a qualified person. An employee was observed as he installed framing lumber off the improvised wooden scaffold.

29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): It shall be the responsibility of the employer to initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. a. Located at 1063 Sunbury Meadows Drive, Sunbury, Ohio: On or about May 31, 2019, the employer did not initiate and maintain a safety and health program to ensure hazard detection and correction while employees performed framing work onsite. An employee was exposed to a struck by hazard operating a pneumatic nail gun. Cox Meadows Construction LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1381887, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 22, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at The Communities of Sunbury, Lot 1861, Sunbury, OH 43074. Cox Meadows Construction LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1365531, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 25, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at The Communities of Sunbury, Lot 1872, Sunbury, OH 43074.
