In about March 2019, 3 Main Street, Winsted location, Back Room: A Tork Timer operating at 208/277VAC did not have an insulator to protect against contact with energized parts. Maintenance staff had accessed the equipment to change timing of parking lot lights after Daylight Saving Time.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: A. On or about July 11, 2019, 760 Main Street, Winsted location, Back Room: The work area in front of three 120/208V electrical panels, identified as Panel MDP, Panel A and Panel B was blocked by the storage of a rolled carpet, an 8-foot Werner step ladder, cardboard and a baker's rack of donuts. Panels powered equipment including coffee stations, Coolatta equipment, ice machines, toasters, warmers and ice melt equipment. B. On or about July 11, 2019, 3 Main Street, Winsted location, Back Room: The work area in front of three 120/208V electrical panels and a 480V main was used for storage, including an empty baker's rack, a trash can, a 5-gallon orange bucket, and a quart-sized can of paint. Panels powered equipment including turbo equipment, toasters, menu boards, holding unit, hood fan, hot chocolate machine, hand dryers, soda machines, coolers, freezers, outside pole lights, coffee stations and Coolatta equipment.
