OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to caught in-between hazards: a) On or about July 8, 2019 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to caught in-between hazards by allowing employees to service articulating front end loaders in-between the two halves of the loaders while running, resulting in an employee suffering fatal injuries when he was caught in-between the two halves of a CAT 980G, serial # 2KR03832, while servicing the steering shaft.
