29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section. a) Jobsite: 327 E Chew Ave, Philadelphia, PA, Pro Series Line - The employer did not develop or document adequate energy control procedures to be utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy to ensure any and all sources of energy is isolated prior to employees performing service and/or maintenance on machines and equipment, including, but not limited to, the Sturtz SMI Linear Pro VHC Cut machine . An employee servicing the machine suffered an amputation when he came in contact with the machine's spinning 22 inch saw blade. Noted on or about 7/5/19.
