29 CFR 1926.20(b)(4): The employer did not ensure that the employee(s) required to operate equipment and machinery was qualified by training or experience: This violation was most recently documented at a worksite located at or near 283 Hwy. N Edge, Elwood, Nebraska 68937 on July 9, 2019. The employer did not ensure that an employee received the training necessary prior to working in a construction environment. An employee backed a Bobcat skid steer into an employee of subcontractor, pinning them between the Bobcat and a milling machine. The employee of the subcontractor died from their injuries.

N Edge, Elwood, Nebraska 68937 on July 9, 2019. The employer did not ensure that an employee received the training of recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions necessary prior to working in a construction environment.
