29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     (a) At the worksite located at 8790 S. Buckhorn Grove Way, Franklin, WI, the employer did not ensure employees were using fall protection when conducting framing carpentry work, thereby exposing workers to fall hazards.     ...in the alternative...    29 CFR 1926.502(k)(1): A fall protection plan was not prepared by a qualified person and developed specifically for the site where the leading edge work, precast work, or residential construction work was being performed:    (a) At the worksite located at 8790 S. Buckhorn Grove Way, Franklin, WI, the employer did not ensure a fall protection plan was established in instances where the employee deemed fall protection systems to be infeasible or create a greater hazard, thereby exposing workers to fall hazards.

Buckhorn Grove Way, Franklin, WI, the employer did not ensure employees received adequate training in recognizing fall hazards and implementing fall protection when conducting framing carpentry work, thereby exposing workers to fall hazards.
