Except as provided elsewhere in this section or by other subparts of 29 CFR part 1910, the employer must ensure each employee on a walking-working surface 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling: On or about 07/05/2019, at 250 SW 21st Terrace Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 24 feet to ground level while setting a termite tent on top of a commercial business building and not using any means of fall protection.
