29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a. 190 Route 206 South, Hillsborough, NJ - Iron Hill Project The employer did not ensure that employees elevated in an aerial lift baskets were attached to the basket using a fall harness and lanyard. Employees engaged in commercial construction activities were elevated in Genie, S-65 aerial lifts without the use of fall protection. Violation observed on or about July 11, 2019
