29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:  a- Block 14.02, Lot 3, Job 651 - 70 Wellesley Way, Evesham NJ: Workers, without fall protection, were exposed to fall hazards (up to and in excess of 8 feet to the surface below) when walking/working from unprotected edges of a residential structure's second floor.  Condition observed on or about 07/11/19.   Star Builders Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1372626, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/26/19, with respect to a workplace located at 15-18 Warren Drive, Morristown NJ.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
