The employer allowed an employee engaged in residential framing activities to work from stacked 2X4 lumber as a work platform from the forks of an all terrain forklift. Violation observed on or about July 11, 2019

Employees engaged in residential framing activities worked from the third story deck without the use of fall protection. Violation observed on or about July 11, 2019
