29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a- Building 4000 - 477 Evesboro - Medford Road, Evesham NJ: A worker, wearing a full body harness with no lanyard attached, was exposed to fall hazards up to 40 feet to the ground surface below when performing roofing and other related activities while working and walking from a commercial structure's roof with a pitch of approximately 7 on 12. Condition observed on or about 07/11/19.
