The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head. On or about July 11, 2019, at the previously identified job site address, the attachment point of the body harness was located in the chest area of the wearer. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
