29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  (a): Exterior Roof and Framing- Four employees engaged in residential construction 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by an appropriate method of fall protection. The employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 19 feet while working on the roof. The employees lacked an appropriate amount of harnesses, anchor points, and vertical lifelines, on or about June 26, 2019.  There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.502(d)(15): Anchorage used for attachment for personal fall arrest equipment was not capable of supporting at least 5,000 pounds (22.2 kN) per employee attached nor was it designed, installed and used as follows: As part of a complete personal fall arrest system which maintains a safety factor of at least two; and under the supervision of a qualified person.  (a): Exterior Roof and Framing- Four employees working on the roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 19 feet while using an anchor point that was not capable of supporting 5000 pounds per attached employee. The anchor point was attached to residential wooden framing and was used by the employees simultaneously, on or about June 26, 2019.  There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
