29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification: B3477 Locker Room: Subcontractor employees were performing carpentry work, such as cutting and stapling templates for the shower wall. A Rigid 5-outlet relocatable power tap was used to concurrently provide power to hand tools and another 3-outlet power tap. Subcontractor employees were exposed to fire hazards.
