29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: 1 Bright Meadow Boulevard, Enfield, CT: On or about and at times prior to July 9, 2019, the employer did not ensure that his employees were aware of the status of asbestos abatement underway on the site and did not instruct the employees to not enter the 5th and 6th floors of the building until clearance testing was conducted and the areas were deemed asbestos-free.
