29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) 290 Ridge Road Spring Mills PA - Two employees performed metal roofing work activity on an 10 in 12 pitch residential roof without the benefit of a fall protection system, thereby exposing the employees to a fall of approximately 16 feet from the main roof to the ground below, on or about July 12, 2019. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
