Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).

As of  December 3, 2019 , the employer had not submitted to the Agency documents that abatement had been completed for serious violation indicated by the Agency included Citation1  Item 1 and Citation 1 Item 5, from inspection number 1414728, issued September 11, 2019  with a final order date of  October 5, 2019.  Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  Lot 5 Lincoln St., Northborough, MA: On or about July 10, 2019, an employee was observed working at a height of 12 feet 4 inches above a lower level on the rear roof of this residence without any form of fall protection in place.  Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(14): Each employee working on, at, above, or near wall openings (including those with chutes attached) where the outside bottom edge of the wall opening is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels and the inside bottom edge of the wall opening is less than 39 inches (1.0 m) above the walking/working surface, was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system:  Lot 5 Lincoln St., Northborough, MA: On or about July 10, 2019, employees were observed walking by and working in front of window openings on the second story which was 12 feet 4 inches above a lower level of this residence and these openings  were not protected in any way to prevent the employees from falls through these openings.
