29 CFR 1904.40(a): The employer did not provide an authorized government representative the records within the four business hours.  a) On or about 07-10-2019 and times prior thereto, located at U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Huntington District Regional Rivers Repair Fleet at 502 8th Street Huntington, WV 25701, Condition: Upon an OSHA request for OSHA 300 logs from the Norfolk Area Office, the employer did not fulfil the request to provide OSHA 300 logs within four (4) hours.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employee(s) and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
