The employer did not ensure that an employee was using appropriate head protection while working below other employees, on or about July 11, 2019. 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a): Exterior Roof- Four employees engaged in residential construction 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by any method of fall protection. The employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet while working on the roof, on or about July 11, 2019. There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
