29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  At the residential construction site located at Lot 263 800 SE Meadowlark Blue Springs, Missouri 64014: Employees were exposed to struck by hazards. Employee was observed installing wood materials using a nail gun without eye/face protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   At the residential construction site located at Lot 801 SE Meadowlark Blue Springs, Missouri 64014:  The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards.  This was most recently documented on or about July 9, 2019 when employees were observed working at height without fall protection.  Employees were exposed to a fall distance of greater than 10 feet eave to ground without the use of fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  At the residential construction site located at Lot 263 800 SE Meadowlark Blue Springs, Missouri 64014:  The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards.  This was most recently documented on or about July 9, 2019 when employees were observed working from elevated height and using a portable ladder to access an upper landing surface and the ladder was not extended the minimum 3 feet above the upper landing surface. Employees were exposed to a fall distance of greater than 10 feet eave to ground.
