29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or persona fall  arrest system.  a) Building Exterior-Decking: Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 16 feet while walking on a unprotected walking /working surface, on or about 7/12/2019.
