Such examination shall be made at least daily: a) Throughout facility - On or about July 12, 2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that forklift operators were allowed to operate forklifts for loading and unloading the trailers before the forklifts were examined and inspected daily.
