OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) Atlanta International Airport (International): On or about 6/28/19, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to excessive heat (Heat Index 135 F) in that rest, water, or shade as well as heat stress training was not provided to employees performing cabin cleaning services for Delta Airlines.
