29 CFR 1926.153(g): Liquefied petroleum gas (LP-Gas) containers installed outside of buildings or structures were not upright upon firm foundation or otherwise firmly secured: On or about July 12, 2019, three upright propane gas containers placed on a sandy surface were not on firm foundations or otherwise firmly secured for use or storage. This condition exposed employees to explosion and fire hazards.
