29 CFR 1910.95(g)(6): Audiograms were not accomplished at least annually after obtaining the baseline audiogram, the employer did not obtain a new audiogram for each employee exposed at or above an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels: The employer is failing to protect employees from hazardous noise levels that cause hearing loss. This was most recently documented on July 10, 2019 at 301 N. Saunders St. Blue Springs, Nebraska. Noise dosimetry was conducted on several employees within the pallet manufacturing area on July 10, 2019. Employees were exposed to a TWA greater than 85dBA. The employer failed to accomplish an annual audiogram for these exposed employees within 6 months of the employee(s) exposure.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employers shall provide employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment, and whenever a new chemical hazard the employees have not previously been trained about is introduced into their work area.
