29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: On or about July 12 , 2019, and at times prior thereto, workers were framing the town homes under construction up to approximately 11 feet 8 inches without using fall protection, exposing the workers to a fall hazard.
