29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs,  debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures.    a) Jobsite: 11 N Delaware Ave, Philadelphia, PA, 2nd floor - An employee cutting wooden floor planks tripped over debris and fell on an area where a 7' 9" line had been cut through the wooden floor planks.  The floor gave way and the employee fell through it and landed on the first floor below.    Noted on or about 7/11/19.
