29 CFR 1904.7(b)(1)(iv): The employer did not record a work-related injury that resulted in medical treatment beyond first aid:     a) 770 Trumbull Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15242:  On or about August 29, 2019, a work related injury which resulted in medical treatment beyond first aid was not recorded on the 2019 OSHA 300 Injury and Illness Log.  An employee suffered heat exhaustion on July 19, 2019 while delivering mail on foot at 91 Union in Pittsburgh, PA 15205.  The employee was transported by ambulance to St. Clair Hospital and was diagnosed with heat exhaustion and given IV fluids.  The injury was not included in OSHA 300 injury and illness logs provided to OSHA on August 29, 2019.
