29 CFR 1926.502(k)(3): A copy of the fall protection plan with all approved changes shall be maintained at the job site. West side of the residential construction site, building 7: On or about July 15, 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees without a fall protection plan on site and/or fall protection, were exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet to the unpaved ground below while framing on the roof. Employer failed to provide a fall protection plan at the time of the inspection. 29 CFR 1926.502()(1): The fall protection plan did not conform to the provisions specified in 1926.502(k)(1) through (k)(10); Instances: (a) failure to identify each location where conventional fall protection methods cannot be used, and classifying these locations as controlled access zones; (b) failure to implement a safety monitoring system when no other alternative measure had been implemented; and (c) failure to include a statement that provides the name or other method of identification for each employee who is designated to work in controlled access zones.
