29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, warning line system, or a safety monitoring system. a) Jobsite: 600 Red Lion Rd, Philadelphia, roof - Employees performing roofing operations on a low slope roof, within 1 foot from unprotected roof sides and edges, were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 18 feet without the use of a fall protection system. Observed on or about 7/12/19.
