29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: Instances: a) On or about July 16,2019, at the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection Command Center at Miami International Airport, had visible water inside the cover of light fixtures covers. b) On or about July 16,2019, at the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection Command Center at Miami International Airport, had visible water stains on several ceiling tiles. c) On or about July 16,2019, at the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection Command Center at Miami International Airport, had water collected inside trash bins.
