29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain copies of the required material safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace: a) Establishment - On or about June 20, 2019, employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals including but not limited to NSF, Turbo Chef Oven cleaner, which can cause serious damage to the eyes, and the employer had not maintained a copy of the SDS on site.
