29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(1)(i): The employer did not make available the hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series to all employees who have occupational exposure and post exposure evaluation and follow-up to all employees who had an exposure incident: a) Plant floor: On July 17, 2019, and at times prior, the employer failed to offer the Hepatitis B vaccination, and provide post exposure evaluation and follow-up, after two employees were known to have been exposed to blood when assisting with emergency care and clean up, after an accident resulting in an injury where blood was present.
