29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system : a- Building Exterior: An employee engaged in sheathing activities on an unprotected framed edge was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20ft to the concrete below as a means of fall protection was not utilized. Condition noted on or about 07/16/2019. D & S Home Improvement LLC was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1394732, Citation # 1, Item # 1, issued on 04/29/2019 with respect to a work place located at 527 Tuers Lane, Paramus NJ 07652.
