29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide: a) On or about July 16, 2019, and at times prior, workers were exposed to fall and crushing hazards while being hoisted on the forks of the Champ C40 rough terrain forklift in order to secure a banner on the face of a retail building.
