29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) Spectra Metal Sales, Inc. / 6104 Boat Rock Blvd. Atlanta, GA / Roll Forming Department: On or about 7/16/2019 employees were exposed to shock hazards, in that two interconnected extension cords were tied together which resulted in strain damage to the plug of the orange extension cord.
