29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501:    a) Rascon FNTS Construction LLC at 1753 Ruddlesway Drive in Windsor, CO 80550: On or before July 13, 2019, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from fall hazards while constructing a residential property. Two employees were performing framing work on the top of a two story newly constructed house without the use of fall protection or a fall protection system. This condition exposed the employees to fall hazards of greater than 20 feet.
