Site - On or about July 12, 2019, employees engaged in framing activities while working from an elevated man lift basket were exposed to fall hazards where fall protection was not provided or utilized to prevent falls of over 12 feet.

29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(viii): An aerial lift truck shall not be moved when the boom is elevated in a working position with men in the basket, except for equipment which is specifically designed for this type of operation in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs (a)(1) and (2) of this section: a. Site - On or about July 12, 2019, the employees engaged in framing activities while working from an elevated man lift basket were exposed to falls hazards in that the all-terrain lull lift was in motion while the employees were working from the basket.
