29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Axels Roofing LLC at 25 Turnberry Drive, Windsor, CO 80550: On or before 07/13/19, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from fall hazards while performing roofing work on a residential property. Three employees were performing roofing work on 7/12 pitch residential roof without the use of fall protection or a fall protection system. This condition exposed the employees to fall hazards of approximately 25 feet.
