29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1):  All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms shall be kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition:  (a) On or about 07/17/2019 - Facility, buckets, trash cans, and totes were used to collect water from roof leaks and air conditioner leaks.  (b) On or about 07/17/2019 - Facility, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards in that a tote was affixed to the ceiling with metal chains to collect roof leaks.  (c) On or about 07/17/2019 - Women's Restroom, the floor was not maintained in a clean state.   (d) On or about 07/17/2019 - Production Area, the ceiling was not maintained in a clean and sanitary state in that there were stained ceiling tiles resulting from roof leaks.
