29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form: a) 591 Meetinghouse Rd., Boothwyn, PA 19061 - Prior to employees conducting spray-painting operations in a spray booth, the employer did not evaluate the respiratory hazards with a reasonable estimate of employee exposures through personal sampling, environmental screening, historical data, objective data, or mathematical approaches, thus exposing employees to respiratory illness hazards. This condition was noted on or about July 15, 2019.
