29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The employer did not ensure the floor of each workroom is maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. When wet processes are used, drainage was not maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats were not provided: Tank Wash Area, 4th floor: O n or about July 18, 2019, the effluent from tank cleaning operations was not adequately maintained, resulting in a slip and trip hazard for the employee cleaning the tank and for personnel accessing the janitor's closet.

29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: Tank Wash Area, 4th Floor: On or about July 18, 2019, an eye wash was not provided for immediate emergency use where COSA OXONIA, a corrosive material containing hydrogen peroxide and peracetic acid, is used to disinfect tanks containing product.
