Sources of ignition may include open flames, lightning, smoking, hot surfaces, frictional heat, sparks (static, electrical, and mechanical), spontaneous ignition, chemical and physical-chemical reactions, and radiant heat:     On or about July 16, 2019, and at times prior thereto, containers containing Isopropyl Alcohol were being used near areas where open flames or radiation heat was present:         1. In the core molding area  an Isopropyl Alcohol container was found located approximately 18 feet from the areas where hot cores are  located.       2. In the pour area Isopropyl Alcohol container was found located approximately 10 feet from location where hot molten metal is poured into the molds.   Employees were exposed to fire hazards.
