29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1): An educational program was not provided for all employees to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting: a) AstraZeneca - On or about the July, 17, 2019, warehouse employees handling bulk containers of Decon Alcohol, were provided fire extinguishers to use during incipient stage fire fighting, and the employer did not provide an educational program as required.
